Setting up a local nigerian brand for international growth.
This project is special to me as it was my first time using brand design to solve real business challenges. I worked with Planet 3R, a Nigerian social enterprise turning textile and plastic waste into eco-friendly products. Despite their success and rapid international growth, their logo lacked adaptability and a consistent system, limiting their ability to connect with their audience and compete globally. My task was to revamp their brand identity, helping Planet 3R stay relevant and capture their target audience on the global stage.

Fixing the pronounciation issue and also the brand look
The approach I took for Planet 3R’s rebrand was focused on solving key challenges while telling the company’s story in a visually compelling way. To address pronunciation issues, I created a simple and distinctive wordmark, placing the “3R” within a green circle to symbolize the earth and reinforce the company’s eco-friendly mission. The design system was crafted to capture the attention of Planet 3R's diverse customer base, using a friendly and inclusive color palette. I also developed a flexible grid system that ensures broad functionality and ease of use for future branding efforts. Lastly, I defined a modern typography system to position the company as a forward-thinking brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

The instant results after the rebrand.
Working with Adejoke Lasisi on her brand strategy and messaging was a rewarding experience that had a significant impact. Together, we launched a successful marketing campaign that garnered 20,000 likes on a post and 5 million views, leading to numerous partnerships and new clients. I also completed a full rebrand for the company, which has since been trademarked.
